This personal data protection and cookie management policy presents ACE HOTEL HOLDING's policy on privacy, personal data collection and cookies.

3. Personal data management by ACE HOTEL HOLDING

3.1 Means of data collection

We may collect personal data concerning you when you browse the ace-hotel.com website, and to provide you with the services offered on it.

3.2 Purpose of data collection

    We undertake to limit collection of your data only to data strictly necessary for the purpose of the intended processing, in order to process your requests and provide the services offered on our website.

3.3 Data retention

Personal data collected by us is retained for a period of time that does not exceed the duration necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for a maximum period of:

  • three years from the end of the commercial relationship for partners or customers

  • three years from the collection of data or the last contact for prospects, in both cases only for commercial prospecting purposes

These periods apply unless you exercise your right to have your data deleted under the conditions described below.

Once the collected data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- we undertake to contact you to determine whether you wish to continue receiving commercial contacts. If you do not, the data will be archived in anonymous form or destroyed.

3.4 Data recipient

Personal data collected concerning you is intended for ACE HOTEL HOLDING.
For the forms of processing listed above, we will share your data with duly authorised personnel, namely:

  • Our internal departments: Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, Internal Communication, Marketing

  • Our subcontractors: Ultrõ, Misterbooking, Digitaleo, Brioude Internet

These sub-contractors are subject to an obligation of confidentiality and may use your data only in conformity with our contractual provisions and applicable legislation. So, we recommend that you not share your user name and password with third parties, that you always log out of your profile and customer account (especially in the case of linked accounts), close your browser window at the end of your session (especially if accessing the Internet from a computer terminal shared with others), and not save your user name and password in your browser.
